Buitink Technology uses T300 Extreme Flex welding machine from Miller Weldmaster for welding complex products and shapes.

A hot air welder has very precise heat, speed and pressure settings to join together thermoplastic industrial fabrics and films. The right combination of these three parameters ensure the welds on our products are complete and of high quality.

The hot air welding process compresses and blows air over electrical heating elements to apply and inject that heat at the welding spot. The closely controlled temperature ranges from 700°F to 1,350°F (400°C to 730°C).
