One of the lamps from the Lumtex collection is made by Stas Kokke.

For Lumtex, he was inspired by Chinese paper lanterns and umbrellas. The movement of opening and closing causes the object comes to life and makes it so much more than just a bulb in a casing. This way the light can be sent and the user can modify the amount of light by movement.
