Buitink Technology made on behalf of Arnhem Mode Biennale 2011 three hourglasses ​​of transparent ETFE foil. The original inventor is the Korean designer J. Juun.

In this case, a very strong ETFE foil was selected, since the sand glasses are required to be transparent and have to carry about 600 kg of sand.
