In addition to lifting bags, Buitink Technology also produces catchbags, or landing bags, for trucks. These ensure that trucks being salvaged with lifting bags end up nicely on their wheels after the tipping point.

Catchbags or landing bags do not provide any lifting capacity. The three air valves make sure that air escapes in a controlled fashion. Catchbags of landing bags are therefore entirely separate from the lifting system and many salvage companies use them as an additional aid for salvages in which cranes are deployed.

To protect the catchbags/ landing bags from chemicals and damage we offer optional heavy-duty protective covers. These covers are made of the same material as the catchbags/ landing bags and lifting bags themselves, but in grey. The top of the protective landing bag cover is provided with anti-slip material.
