Buitink Technology has a pull and push bench, which can pull or push up to 2.5 kN/ 250 kg, making it very accurate in the low force range. This facility is available to rent (including operation by one of our staff).

We cannot provide official test reports or certificates, but we can serve you quickly and at interesting rates to test - for example, during your development process - your product or prototypes for strength before you have them definitively tested or certified.

Clamps for this tension and pressure bench

As standard, we have clamps available for the purpose of films and cloths and performing tensile tests.

• Clamping jaws smooth metal 50 mm
• Clamping jaws pyramid structure 50 mm

In addition, there are numerous other clamps available for our tensile bench and we can also manufacture (or you manufacture yourself) a specific clamp/holder for your product or test situation.

Application tensile and pressure bench

We use this tensile testing machine to support our own research and development of products and materials. The tensile testing machine is also used to carry out weld seam tests on a project basis in order to guarantee good and consistent quality. Furthermore, we also perform pressure and tensile tests for third parties on request.

Since this tensile testing machine has a limited tensile force (up to 250 kg), we use it mainly for testing foils and welds in foils.
