Buitink Technology is specialized in delivering custom made solutions, so also in the field of mobile liquid-tight floors.

For Tesla's assembly facility in Tilburg, we have delivered various mobile liquid-tight floors with an integrated wall on two sides that connects watertight to the floor. This wall ensures that the water that sprays around during the cleaning of cars is collected in the liquid-tight floor.

Various wall solutions possible

We can supply the liquid-proof floors with fixed waterproof side walls, but can also make removable partitions, or with sliding curtains.

An example of a mobile flushing area with tarpaulin walls combined with extrusion profiles is shown below:

Rinse station with walls and roof

We can also manufacture, supply and install a (demountable) waterproof roof system made of tarpaulin. The floor, walls and roof construction, possibly with a sliding curtain at the front, together form a fully-fledged spray booth for cleaning (cargo) cars. And that while maintaining all the flexibility: our system remains mobile, demountable and easily movable.
