Buitink Technology makes inflatable operating tables for animals such as cows, horses and pigs. These tables are manufactured from special fabric and constructed with several individually inflatable layers, which enable them to be adjusted to the right position and height. The top layer is the working surface, while the layers beneath provide support and height adjustment possibilities.

The table can also be supplied with a frame work, with or without wheels. It comes equipped with a special 220 V air pump and several fixing lugs where animals can be secured. If the table is to be left unattended for longer periods of time, it can be connected to a pressure control system with alarm function.

• If desired, the various inflatable layers can be divided into inflatable sections.
• As the table is made entirely of air-filled fabric, animals will not hurt or injure themselves.

• Our tables are always supplied with an inner and outer inflation system, which makes them reliable and durable. If leaks occur, the inner element can be replaced, and the damaged one repaired or sent to us for repair.
• Animals can be laid on the operating table when it is not inflated (nearly ground level). Then the chambers can be inflated and the animal is raised.

Dimensions

The operating tables are available in two standard sizes (with five inflatable layers):

• Length x width x height (fully inflated) = 270 x 160 x 95 cm
• Length x width x height (fully inflated) = 230 x 115 x 100 cm

Material

The exterior of the table is made of polyurethane-coated fabric, which is extremely durable and resistant to wear and chemicals. To insure air-tightness, the product has inflatable inner elements made of special air-tight plastic.

Temperature range

The operating table can withstand temperatures ranging from 40 to 80°C.
